Important Shipping Information
- All orders ship the same or the next business day, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- To ship same-day, orders must be in before 2pm ET for economy and standard shipping options, and 1pm ET for express shipping options.
- Orders shipped via Economy, Standard, or Express 2-3 Day Shipping may be delivered on Saturday if offered by your local post office.
- Orders shipped via Express 1-2 Day Shipping are not delivered on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Stay up to date on your order and delivery status by using the Order Status link in your Order Confirmation or Shipment Confirmation emails. Check your spam folder, as emails do sometimes end up there.

Q: Will I receive a notification when my order is shipped?
A: Yes, once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted with the order. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to your Order Status page to follow the delivery.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Once the order has shipped, delivery speed will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates to your zip code are provided at checkout. Please keep in mind they are estimates only, we do not guarantee the delivery date. Please see the chart below to view the estimated shipping time frames associated with our shipping methods.

A: Tracking information for your order can be found on our Order Status page or the My Account page. Please allow 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) for the tracking information to be updated on the carrier website.
Q: My order has shipped, but I still can't track it.
A: Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Q: Do you ship internationally (i.e. Canada, UK, Europe, etc.)?
A: At present time, we ship anywhere in the United States, and all United States territories and military boxes. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to serve our international fans soon.
